Easy exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to exchange your item for a different size or color of the same model.

• Please note: Exchanges are not possible for different products. In this case, we invite you to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

• Terms: Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase.
• Deadline: Allow between 2 and 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account (banking delay).
• Return costs: Return costs are our responsibility. A Mondial Relay or Relais Colis return voucher will be sent to you by email upon your request.
