Deliveries and Returns
We deliver our products to mainland France (excluding overseas territories), Belgium and all other European countries.
Delivery costs
Shipping is free for all orders over €39. If your total order is less than this amount, the minimum shipping charge is €4.90 for mainland France.
Delivery times
We know that receiving your cover as quickly as possible is a priority. That's why some of our products are shipped from our regional French warehouses. Otherwise, your package will be shipped from Europe (France or Spain, depending on available stock). Currently, our estimated delivery times are between 5 and 10 days for mainland France, and 5 to 15 business days for other European countries.
There may be an additional processing time of 1-2 days during high demand.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as virus-related slowdowns, increased controls, government lockdowns, protests, or any other cause beyond our control.
Shipping
We work with La Poste. Delivery is always made to the address indicated when ordering and to a mailbox with tracking. The service is provided by La Poste and Colis Privé in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and other European countries. You will receive a neutral, opaque package, and your orders may arrive in several separate packages.
Follow up
You will receive email notifications at the various stages of your order (confirmation, payment, shipping, etc.). A tracking number will be sent to you by email to track the progress of your package. Remember to check your spam or junk mail folder. You can also track your shipment directly on the La Poste website by entering your tracking number.

Order Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at contact@mahoussedechaise.fr as soon as possible.
It is imperative that you contact us during this processing time so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. No cancellation requests will be considered once the order has been processed.
Address error
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address. If there is an error, please contact us promptly to make the necessary corrections, but only if your order has not yet been processed. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible or incomplete addresses, etc.).
If your order is returned to us, we will offer you a refund or reshipment, at your option. You will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment until your package is received at our facility.
Return policy
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied, the return must be made through your customer account so that a return slip and the return procedure can be sent to you.
In case of defective or incorrect products, please contact us by email with the following information: order number, name and reference of the item, description of the problem and a photo of the item. Your refund will be issued within 2 to 7 days of receipt of your items to the original payment method.
Return costs are our responsibility and are made via Mondial Relay or Relais Colis . The product must be returned in its original packaging, in new, unused and unwashed condition.
